Like most companies, Acuff & Associates strives to improve our efficiency, stay abreast of the ever changing business environment, and be a good corporate citizen. Over the past few months, we have implemented practices that would allow us to move toward a paperless environment in our offices.

We are delighted to announce that our new website, www.acuff.net will enable us to exchange information with our clients, their advisors, vendor partners, and those related to the plan in a secure environment. As the occasion arises to send you information, you will be receiving an email that gives you the necessary information to login to our website and download documents that we have placed in your file. We will be able to send you data requests, allocations, valuations, testing, government forms, and other plan related documents. Likewise, you will be able to return information to us in the same manner and notify the Acuff representative that you have sent it. Each party will be able to see that the information has been retrieved. To login to our site, you will use your email address as the user name and the secure password that is assigned to you. Please retain the password for future use, or you may update the password as necessary.

As stated before, another improvement to our process will be the opportunity to reduce the paper we send you in the form of printed reports. We will provide all reports to clients via our website for download. Paper reports will be available upon request from your Acuff representative.

We are excited about the opportunity to present our services to you in a cost efficient, convenient, and secure manner while being conscious of our environment. We hope you will find value in reducing the paper accumulation in your office as well. There should be no change in the level of personal service you receive from your Acuff team, but merely an enhancement to the quality of services you receive.
